OUR TEAM
At OnePlace Homes
Welcome to OnePlace Homes Ltd, where safety, care, and opportunity come together. Guided by the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, we offer a homely and supportive environment for young people aged 16–17. Our dedicated team is here 24/7 to provide encouragement, practical help, and a listening ear. Whether it’s learning new skills, finding confidence, or planning for the future, we walk alongside each young person, empowering them to thrive in a space they can call home.
Our Team
We have, as part of our senior management team, a highly qualified and experienced Registered Manager, alongside a UK Registered Social Worker (MSW Social Work) with extensive expertise in supporting young people who have experienced trauma, working in partnership with families, and ensuring effective safeguarding and protection. Our support staff are trained and qualified to Level 3, with over 20 years of combined experience in the care sector. We place a strong emphasis on continuous professional development (CPD) to enhance staff skills and practice, and all our staff members hold enhanced DBS checks.
We provide person-centred support tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of each young person. We are committed to fostering respect, trust, and positive relationships, while maintaining clear professional boundaries. Our focus is on empowering young people to develop independence, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. Our primary goal is to see each young person flourish and grow into a confident, resilient adult who feels empowered to lead a happy and fulfilling life.
We work collaboratively with each young person to identify and build upon their strengths. Within our home, we actively encourage and support them to take ownership of their life, set meaningful personal goals, and develop the skills needed for a smooth transition into independent living.
