OnePlace Homes provides a safe, warm, caring and supportive environment for vulnerable young people to live, learn and make the transition to independent adulthood. Every service user that comes through our doors is provided with a structured customized care and support plan which uses the Youth Person’s Star Model to encourage each service user to take control of the live and work towards achieving their personal goals.
We employ a team of Project Workers who support the young people in our Supported Living Accommodation to develop the practical and emotional skills required to live independently and reach their full potential.

To provide support tailored to each individual needs through a structured care and support plan ensuring the best possible support for each service user, encouraging their full participation and integration into the community, aiding them to develop practical life skills, digital and vocational skills including social activities to help promote independence and choice.
